Mike Presents… Community Focus/ Community Fun Cable Television Program General Chicagoland Area

One Easter event that really makes it feel officially like Easter is The Bolingbrook Easter Egg Hunt.

Every year The Bolingbrook Jaycees puts on an Easter Event that would make Peter Cottontail Himself swell up with pride. On Saturday March 15, 2008 one day before Palm Sunday, at The Ball Fields at The Bolingbrook Park District’s Annerino Center in Bolingbrook Illinois, The Bolingbrook Jaycees put on Their one and only Easter Egg Hunt.

The Hunt started at 10 with the hunt being separated into 4 age groups with staggered times.

What is an Easter Egg Hunt without The Master of ceremonies Mr. Peter Cottontail Himself.

These kids at this event just loved the Easter Bunny and He was taking pictures with the kiddies and passing out Easter Eggs along.

There was also the raffling of two adult spa Easter baskets.

Plus inside these plastic eggs along with some awesome was a special golden ticket, not to The Willy Wonka Chocolate Favorite, but something equally cool a special Easter Basket. There was two golden tickets in two eggs per age group.

This event was a really awesome thing for these kids. It really made some of these kids Easter a shining bright one indeed

Our state has implemented a policy for schools where we cannot provide to students. Any on how we can do our Easter Egg hunt this year?

I know this seems odd, but I remember when I was young, and I never got to participate in the for eggs that contained cheesy gifts. Sometimes I wish just once, some female would give me a chocolate bunny, someone, sniff, besides my Mom.

NOT like we want her to be competitive, but just so she knows the object of the game before … We’re having an egg at my mom’s on and it’ll be her and her two two-year-old cousins doing it.
O– to hide some eggs around our apartment and let her look for them… or not? :)
That was supposed to say “SO–” not “O–” :)
Sorry if I wasn’t clear when I said “NOT to be competitive” above. The idea is for her to participate.
