Easter Bunny

Children love to get brightly colored eggs from the Easter basket.

If your children had been good, the actual Easter Bunny might lay brightly colored eggs in the home.

During Easter, children love to decorate boiled eggs.

Young children 4 to 7 really are mystified by the Easter Bunny, Egg Hunt, etc. The smiles show that.
.
However, by ages 7 or even eight, they start loosing interest in the actual mysteries of Easter and begin thining more “grown up”

Back a long time ago,

Kids would add hay to caps and containers to make little nests, and insert them in hidden areas of their own home.

The next morning, they would search through their nests, and hopefully find a nice surprise awaiting them!

Kids believe the Easter Bunny hid the surprises, as well as additional treats or presents within the Easter basket.

We don’t do that anymore. Now we have huge Easter Baskets filled with candy and toys.

Maybe a wine and cheese filled basket for Mom and Dad?
